Band Name Protection
Wouldn't it suck if, after you've designed all that artwork, printed all those posters, manufactured all those CD's and t-shirts, booked all those shows, and sent out all those press releases you discovered that another band already had the name you used for yours? Ouch! Avoid that by searching ahead of time and making sure your band name is not being used by someone else.
