I'VE REGISTERED but can't log in. how do i log in?

Once you register for a membership, an activation link is sent to your e-mail. You must activate your account by clicking on the activation link in your email before you can login.

I'VE REGISTERED FOR MEMBERSHIP. NOW HOW DO I ACCESS MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can only view your subscription content while logged in. Once logged in, your subscription content is available on the right side of the website in the YOUR SUBSCRIPTION area. Click on the product name (e.g., ARTIST MANAGEMENT MANUAL) to read the subscription content.

I'VE REGISTERED, BUT HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT'S GOING ON?

Please make sure you also check your spam/junk folder for your confirmation email.

I AM ATTEMPTING TO REGISTER FOR A SUBSCRIPTION BUT MY COUPON DOESN'T WORK. HOW COME?

You must click 'APPLY' in order for your discount code to be applied to your total, otherwise when you click the 'SUBSCRIBE' button you will see the total without the discount applied.

i'M ALREADY A SUBSCRIBER AND WOULD LIKE TO SUBSCRIBE TO ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR OTHER MEMBERSHIPS. HOW DO I DO THAT?

If you are already a member (or subscriber), do not fill out the information for New User Account in the registration form in the Store. Instead, enter your username and password in the 'Existing User? Please Login' area and then click the 'Login' button. You will then be logged into your existing account. Your existing account information will be pulled up and you can then proceed to register for additional memberships. Don't forget to enter and 'Apply' any discount codes you may have before you Subscribe.

CAN I SIGN UP FOR MULTIPLE MEMBERSHIPS AT THE SAME TIME?

Unfortunately, no. You will have to register for one membership and then return to the store to register another one (or other ones). Read the answer to the previous question for more details on signing up for additional memberships once you are already a member.

What’s the difference between the Artist Management Manual subscription and the eBook?

Both are fantastic products for artist managers and self-managed artists. The subscription offers 12 months of online access to continuously updated management information. The 320-page PDF eBook contains much of the same information and is designed for offline reading and printing.

The difference is that the subscription is updated continuously (often daily), while the eBook is edited and updated generally twice each year. That means that the eBook is current up to the date of purchase while the subscription offers updates for 12 months going forward. Please keep in mind that both products are still more current than anything else out on the market; so be assured that the information you receive still provides you with cutting-edge, actionable intelligence and information that you can use to help get your artist’s career “to the next level”!

DO YOU HAVE A HARDCOPY VERSION OF THE ARTIST MANAGEMENT MANUAL?

No, we do not. Only the online subscription and the PDF eBook versions are available.

Why is there a message telling me i can't log in and i am signed on at another workstation when i'm not?

If you encounter this message it means that either you or someone is logged into your account at another workstation, or you have not logged out of your current session and are trying to log in again. If someone else is logged in to your account, ask them to log out before you can log in.

If nobody else is logged in to your account and the message continues to display when you try to log in (and you didn't actually log out), use the 'Back' button on your browser until it indicates that you are logged in (you should see "Hi [_your name_] Log Out + underneath the SUBSCRIPTION LOGIN area on the right side of the website).

Why can’t I see my articles in the ‘My Favorite Articles’ section?

If you have a subscription, you can only see your articles in the ‘My Favorite Articles’ link when you are logged in and accessing your subscription from the YOUR SUBSCRIPTION menu. If you log out, your articles will no longer be visible (even though they are still there); therefore you will need to log back in for your articles to become visible again.

If you don't have a subscription and you clear your cache and cookies, the system will not be able to recognize you as the person that placed those articles in the 'My Favorite Articles' list. We generally hate the fact that websites use cookies to identify visitors, but in this case, this is the way it connects those articles to you. If you wish to see the articles in the list, don't delete your cookies.

Another reason you may not see your article list or see the option to add articles to your list is that you are reading an article that has already been placed in your 'My Favorite Articles' list. Once you click on another article not on your list you should see the option become visible again.

what is the return policy?

We have a NO RETURN policy.
Since our subscriptions and e-books offer educational resources and information that can be read, downloaded and/or printed – in addition to the fact that it's impossible to return digital goods (since the files remain in your possession unlike physical goods that can be returned and sold to somone else) - all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Please read the information on the product pages carefully and take your time to make sure you understand what you're purchasing, or contact us to ask any questions that need clarification before you purchase or subscribe.
